great realtor because not only did you look at houses with us that we thought

we'd like even though you "knew" we wouldn't more than likely

you still spent that time with us and then once you knew what we were looking for you came to

us with lists of houses for us to look at so that we didn't even really

have to try that hard once you knew what we were interested in and what we were looking for. I

We want to thank the Eric Burch Team for their hard work in selling our house. Richard made everything so easy & handled our sell very professionally. Thanks Richard for taking good care of us.  Even with the housing market struggling, this team sold our house in about 90 days. I would recommend this team if you are selling or buying a house. They do put the customer first.
